CLASS STRUCTURE 

📆 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

⏱️ 7:30-8:00am

  • Monday & Wednesday

    Learn 2 new beginner 8-count shuffle combos each day and drill them to perfect your movements while keeping your heart rate up and breaking a sweat.

  • Friday

    Put it all together! We'll be practicing all 4 combos from the week and gradually increasing the speed for a full-body cardio workout.
