How Shuffle Cardio Works:

Each week, our Monday and Wednesday classes focus on breaking down moves and building combos. These sessions are perfect if you’re newer to Shuffle Cardio, but it's recommended that you have some familiarity with shuffle basics before jumping in. We take our time learning two new combos per class while still moving non-stop, making these great for building confidence and technique.

Friday classes are where we put it all together! We’ll quickly review the moves from Monday and Wednesday, then run through four 8-count combos at different BPMs to challenge endurance, speed, and flow. This class is best taken after completing that week’s Monday/Wednesday sessions, or if you're already familiar with the moves listed in the class description, you can jump right in.
