Hey, I'm Blair

What started as teaching friends to shuffle on Zoom became a full-time calling — leading classes, building community, and making cardio feel like a night out.

Blair Epstein — Founder of Shuffle Lab

From Friends on Zoom to a Full-Blown Movement

It started in 2020 when I began teaching shuffle dance to friends on Zoom, just for fun. With my background in personal training, I saw the potential to blend shuffle dance with structured cardio conditioning. That's how SHUFFLE CARDIO was born.

In 2023, I moved to Miami and started building Shuffle Lab into what it is today — an in-person community, monthly wellness events, and a growing online membership.

How We Got Here

2020

The Zoom Era

Started teaching shuffle dance on Zoom — just for fun, just for friends and family. It was never meant to be a business. It was meant to make people smile.

2023

Studio Classes

Relocated and started teaching in-studio shuffle classes — technique, basics, and choreography. It was more industry-focused and more traditional, but I kept feeling like there was something bigger waiting to be built.

2024

SHUFFLE CARDIO Is Born

I wanted to create something that made shuffling more accessible — without the pressure of a traditional dance class. Something fun for all levels that didn't take itself too seriously. That's when I developed the first-ever follow-along SHUFFLE CARDIO™ class.

2025

Online, Then Miami

Launched SHUFFLE CARDIO online early in the year so anyone, anywhere could join in. Then in June, I brought that energy in person to Miami — and Shuffle Lab as a community was officially born.

Big things are coming. Stay tuned.

Why Shuffle Lab Exists

Movement should feel fun, not like punishment. Dancing is the most natural form of cardio, and community is what makes it stick.

Come Be Part of the Movement

Whether you join a class, attend an event, or follow along online — there's a place for you in the Shuffle Lab community.
