Shuffle Cardio™ is a high-energy dance cardio workout that combines shuffle dance technique with structured cardio conditioning in a follow-along class format.
Think of it as the sweet spot between a dance class, a cardio session, and a party. We take shuffle dance — one of the most expressive and fun dance styles — and make it accessible for anyone, regardless of experience level.

We ease into class with a follow-along warm up to loosen up your hips, ankles, and legs — getting your body ready to move.
Blair breaks down each move in a way that just clicks, at a pace where your body picks it up faster than you'd expect.
We practice and repeat until the moves feel natural, layering them together piece by piece throughout the class.
By the end, everything clicks — the room moves together and we run through everything we drilled at a few different speeds.

Absolutely not! Most of our students are complete beginners. We break everything down step by step, and the whole vibe is supportive and encouraging. If you can walk, you can shuffle.
Comfortable workout clothes and sneakers with a smooth sole work best for shuffling. Think athletic shoes — avoid running shoes with heavy tread since they can grip too much.
Our in-person Wednesday class in Miami is completely free! The online membership is $60/month with the first month free. Monthly events range from $35–$49. Private bookings are custom — reach out for pricing.
Yes! Shuffle dance is incredibly cardio-intensive. You'll be moving your feet, legs, and core the entire time — and because it's so fun, you won't even realize how hard you're working until you're dripping in sweat.
Yes! Our online shuffle cardio classes are live via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. All classes are also recorded and added to the Video Vault so you can rewatch anytime.
